Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of cancellation. GST is refunded in line with the cancellation amount.
Peak dates
Festival and New Year departures (20 Dec – 5 Jan, Diwali, Durga Puja) may carry stricter hotel policies, which we always share before you pay.
