Bookings
A booking is a request until our team confirms availability. Prices are in INR per person on twin sharing, plus 5% GST. Children 5–11 pay 50%; infants under 5 travel free.
Payments
After confirmation we share payment details. A booking is secured once the advance is received; the balance is due 21 days before departure.
Changes
Date changes are free once up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability. Hotel and fare differences may apply.
Travel documents
Travellers must carry valid photo ID and any permits required (for example Inner Line Permits in parts of the Northeast and Ladakh), which we help arrange.
Liability
We act as an agent for hotels, transport and guides. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, natural events, strikes or government orders, but will always help you re-plan.
