Your name, email, mobile number and city when you create an account; traveller names, ages and special requests when you book; and the answers you give in our Trip Builder.
How we use it
Only to plan, confirm and support your journeys, contact you about your bookings and requests, and — if you subscribe — send our newsletter. We never sell your data.
Sharing
We share only what's necessary with hotels, transport partners and guides to deliver your trip.
Security & retention
Your data is stored securely with access limited to authorised staff. We keep booking records as required by Indian tax law, and delete other data on request.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in your dashboard, or email hello@bloomvista.in to request a copy or deletion of your data.
